“Practice makes perfect” – and we make it fun!

Join our Learn & Ride session and take your skills to the next level. We kick things off with a focused 2-hour training session in our brand-new training park at Signaue, right at the base of the cable car "Drei Zinnen" There, you'll learn the essentials of safe and confident trail riding: braking technique, body position, uphill riding, cornering and how to handle obstacles.
Once you’ve got the basics down, it’s time to hit the trails!
Together with our certified bike guides, who know every hidden line around the Sexten valley, we’ll head out for a scenic tour where you can put your new skills to the test – step by step, with helpful tips along the way.
And of course: we’ll stop for a chill lunch at one of the local huts – with a hearty snack and a cold beer in hand. 🍻

This is where the trail becomes legend.

We kick off at the Bike Academy Sextner Dolomiten, heading out on forest road No. 13 towards the Nemes Alm. After about 2 km, we take a smart detour to the Drei Zinnen cable car – saving battery and gaining altitude in style. The gondola whisks us up to the Stiergarten, right into the alpine zone.

From here, we ride towards the Nemesalm and just before the hut, we take a hard left into a remote high valley – aiming straight for the Knieberg Saddle / Passo Silvella (2,320 m). The climb gets spicy, the air thinner, the views wider. A short but tough push across the Silvella gravel fields brings us to the threshold of something epic.

🔥 Now the magic begins: the Monte Spina Trail.
Almost 7 km of ridge-riding bliss. A natural line cut across the open slopes, balancing along the border between South Tyrol and Veneto. The terrain rolls, the trail flows, and the views? Unreal.
To the right: the jagged silhouettes of the Dolomites stretch like sleeping giants across the skyline. To the left: the mighty Croda dei Longerin stands proud and watchful.
You’re riding right through a live-action mountain film – and you’re the star.

But we’re not done yet:
The ride continues with a fast, flowing descent into the woods and onwards to the Kreuzbergpass. From there, it’s a well-deserved final descent back to Sexten/Moos and your comfy base at the Bike Academy Sextner Dolomiten

Ready for a true mountain rush?

This exclusive tour takes you straight to the most epic section of the entire Stoneman Dolomiti – guided by the one and only “Mister Stoneman” himself: Roland Stauder. Exposed trail, breathtaking panoramas and technical riding await!
We start at 10:00 AM from the Bike Academy Sextner Dolomiten. A quick warm-up leads us to the Helm cable car station, then we cruise up to the top of the mountain in comfort.
From here, the real adventure begins. First up: the Hahnspielhütte (2,150 m), followed by a scenic ride to the Sillianer Hütte (2,450 m). After a quick coffee, things get serious…
Below the Hornischeck (2,500 m), we hit full trail mode – with massive views over the Three Peaks, the Sexten Dolomites, and all the way to the Großglockner.
Then comes the highlight: the Demuthpassage – 7 km of narrow, technical alpine trail (S2–S3) with carrying and pushing sections depending on your skills. Don’t worry – Roland’s got your back and will guide you through every tricky part.
At "Kleinkarl" we dive into the legendary Villpoan Trail – a spectacular descent down to the Nemesalm (1,877 m), where cold drinks and a well-earned hut break await.
The grand finale? A flowy descent on the second part of the Erla Trail, ending with a smooth roll back on the Sexten loop to the Bike Academy Sextner Dolomiten .

E-BIKE TOUR IN THE BRAIES DOLOMITES WITH VIEW ON THE TRE CIME DI LAVAREDO AND DETOUR TO MT. SPECIE

Starting from the Bike Academy Sextner Dolomiten, on the bike path to “Innichen/San Candido”; continue to “Toblach/Dobbiaco” and then turn to the left (on the cycle path) towards Cortina and until “Schluderbach/Carbonin”. After the holiday resort "Ploner" you reach on a forest road (after 7 km and about 1 hour) the “Plätzwiese”Prato Piazza”. Along the alp yo have a fantastic view to the mountains “Hohe Gaisl/ Croda d’Ampezzo” and the “Dürrenstein/Picco di Vallandro” and the "Tre Cime di Lavaredo" After a short rest in the “Plätzwiese” hut it goes to the hotel “Hohe Gaisl”,on the traveling road until after Ponticello / Brückele Immediately after the parking area the trail continues to “Ausserprags/Braies di Fuori” (about 10 km). From there down towards the village of “Toblach/Dobbiaco” and back to the starting point Bike Academy Sextner Dolomiten

Tips: from the “Plätzwiese/Prato Piazza” you can also go to the “Strudelkopf/Monte Specie” (2,400m); about 300 meters of altitude with a fantastic views at the Dolomites

History, thrills & trail action in the Sesto Dolomites

Get ready for an unforgettable bike adventure on historic paths! This tour takes you high above the valley floor – along old military roads, through peaceful valleys, and over exciting trails in the heart of the Dolomites.

What to expect:

We start directly at the Bike Academy Sextner Dolomiten. A comfortable shuttle takes us to Dobbiaco, where the real adventure begins.

We enter the quiet and wild Silvestro Valley and follow an old military road from World War I, winding its way up in scenic switchbacks to the Marchkinkele summit at 2,550 m. The view is simply epic: Tre Cime, the Sesto Dolomites, and Austria’s glaciated peaks all around!

From here, the fun continues with a challenging trail descent to the Steinbergalm – technical, exciting, unforgettable. Then we roll into the Silvestroalm, where a well-deserved South Tyrolean lunch break awaits.

Refueled, we flow down a beautiful trail back into the valley and to Dobbiaco, where our shuttle brings us comfortably back to the Bike Academy Sextner Dolomiten .
