Mountainbike Guide South Tyrol – Your Trail Experts
karoline Technical coach, trail boss and pure mountain energy Karo Hi, I'm Karoline – but everyone just calls me Karo. I'm a certified MTB guide, former member of the Italian ski national team, and your go-to guide for flowy rides and sharp skills. I love leading women's camps, technique workshops and high-energy rides with mixed groups – because good vibes don’t depend on gender, just on great trails. Besides biking, I’m also a ski instructor and tennis fan – but nothing beats the feeling of a perfect switchback or a challenging rock section mastered with style. I bring precision, patience and a whole lot of passion to every tour.
My motto: “Find your line, ride with flow – and let’s have fun doing it!”
holzer-patrick From ski podium to singletrack power Patrick Hey, I'm Patrick – former ski World Cup racer and now full-time mountain bike guide with a passion for all things speed, sport and fun. During my years with the Italian national ski team, the mountain bike was part of my summer training – today, it’s become my favorite way to explore the outdoors. Whether we’re climbing peaks, shredding forest trails or just rolling with the views, I’ll make sure every tour is full of energy and good vibes. Expect professional guidance with an easy-going spirit – I ride to enjoy, and I guide with that same feeling.
My motto: “It’s not the speed that matters – it’s the fun you’re having!”
lanzinger-markus E-MTB pioneer and local trail ambassador Fred Hi, I’m Markus – certified guide and co-founder of the Bikeacademy Sextner Dolomiten. I’ve been riding these mountains for decades and know the trail network like the back of my hand. While I used to tackle every route with the classic MTB, I’ve now fully embraced the E-MTB – and I love the freedom and range it brings. One of my favorite tours? The Monte Spina Trail – technical, scenic and a true insider tip for those who want to ride off the beaten path. As a guide, I enjoy sharing my experience with riders of all levels, especially those discovering the power and possibilities of electric biking.
My motto: “With the E-MTB, every mountain opens up – and every ride becomes an adventure.”

723-foto-mountainbike-bikeaction-tourismusvereinsexten-dennisstratmann-193 Enduro passion and mountain soul Arno Hi, I'm Arno – certified MTB guide and a proud part of the Bikeacademy Sextner Dolomiten. I've been riding mountain bikes since 2007 and still get that same spark every time I hit the trail.
Whether it's a flowing downhill, a fast-paced enduro ride or a relaxed tour with families – I love the variety that biking in the Dolomites offers. My absolute favorite? The GIRO Single Trail Enduro Tour – five peaks, three lifts and over 3,700 meters of descent. It’s an unforgettable experience for any real trail fan. In winter, I switch gears and teach skiing, snowboarding and telemark – but in summer, my heart belongs to the trails.
My motto: “More altitude. More flow. More fun!”
holzer-patrick-2 Local legend, storyteller and trail lover Reini Servus, I’m Reinhold – but everyone around here calls me Reini. I’m a certified bike guide, hotel owner and lover of history-packed trails that connect you with the land. My favorites? The old Military Trails in and around the Sexten Dolomites – full of natural flow and powerful stories from the past. When I’m not riding with guests, you’ll find me at our bike hotel or catching up with fellow guides at the Academy. If you want a ride that goes beyond just biking – with culture, nature and local insight – I’m your man.
My motto: “Reini’s Trails – where the trail tells its own story
