π― Start point: Bikeacademy Sextner Dolomiten, Sexten/Moos
β°οΈ Finish: Back to the Bikeacademy Sextner Dolomiten – a spectacular loop through the wild beauty of the Dolomites!
π₯ THE RIDE AT A GLANCE
We start at the Bikeacademy Sextner Dolomiten in Sexten/Moos, heading along forest road No. 13 toward Nemes Alm. After about 2 km, we turn off to the Drei Zinnen cable car station π – saving battery and legs! The cable car takes us up to Stiergarten π, where the real adventure begins.
π΄βοΈ From there, we roll on toward Nemesalm, then just before the hut, a hidden path leads into the high valley towards Kniebergsattel / Passo Silvella (2,320 m). The incredible alpine scenery makes the climb more than worth it – pure MTB Sexten magic!
π TRAIL DREAM WITH CINEMATIC VIEWS
After a short but demanding hike-a-bike section across the rocky Knieberg slopes, we reach the legendary Monte Spina Trail – a masterpiece of alpine flow.
For nearly 7 kilometers, we ride along a grassy ridge right on the landscape border. On the left, the Crode dei Longerin rise proudly; on the right, the rock giants of the Dolomites line the horizon like fossilized dinosaurs. π’β°οΈ
π FLOW, FUN & FINALE
After this trail firework, we enjoy one more flowing descent before a gently climbing forest road leads us to Coltrondo Alm. From there, it’s off toward the Kreuzberg Pass, with one last technical S2 trail challenge.
Once at the Kreuzberg Pass, we cruise down a smooth trail past the campground to Signaue, and then back to the Bikeacademy Sextner Dolomiten in Sexten/Moos.
An epic MTB day comes to an end – but the memories stay with you.
